Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Carey, Ohio area.

Primary Responsibilities:

Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices

Drive operational excellence and process optimization

Formulate strategic and operational objectives

Analyze financial data to improve profitability

Manage budgets and forecasts

Motivate, train, support and develop management and other team members

Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

10+ years of Management experience in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
