Position Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to lead our service team in delivering memorable and fun dining experiences. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels cared for, every interaction is meaningful, and every service moment exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and inspire front of house staff to provide exceptional guest service

Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand’s warmth and hospitality

Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, floor management, and guest relations

Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to align service with culinary vision

Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism, always aiming to delight

Uphold cleanliness, organization, and health & safety standards

Monitor inventory and supplies related to FOH operations

Create a culture of learning, growth, and excellence among your team

What You Bring

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting

A natural host – warm, confident, and attentive to detail

Strong knowledge of service standards and the ability to coach a team to uphold them

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences

Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience: Minimum of a high school education or equivalent with industry and managerial experience

General: Satisfactory completion of introductory period per company policy

Travel This position does not require any travel.

Working Hours The duties of this position require evenings and weekends to accommodate the operating hours of the restaurant. It also requires some daytime hours for office work and preparation for operational hours.
