Your Role:
As a Paint Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our golf carts meet the highest standards for finish and appearance. When painting tasks are complete, you'll assist with other essential production duties, including assembling carts and repairing plastic panel defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and paint golf cart bodies and parts with precision and care, following quality guidelines
Perform paint repairs as directed by our Quality Control team
Mix and match paint to achieve seamless, professional finishes
Conduct final finish checks to ensure top-tier results
Assist with assembly and plastic repairs when paint tasks are completed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Collaborate with production leads to meet daily targets
Monitor paint inventory and coordinate timely re-orders
What Were Looking For:
Experience with spray painting or auto/body painting is preferred, but were happy to train the right person
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to various production tasks
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
