Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Dublin, Ohio area, supporting K-12 students in a public school setting. This contract position begins August 18, 2025, and runs through November 3, 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension through the full school year. The role primarily involves supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing, providing both direct and indirect therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Deliver therapeutic interventions through direct and indirect services, including teletherapy options
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor and support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Support students across all K-12 grade levels with diverse speech and language needs
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
Valid Ohio SLP license mandatory
Professional Pupil Service License preferred; emergency certification may be available with superintendent approval
Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings, including familiarity with teletherapy
Ability to service students who are deaf or hard of hearing is essential
Experience in managing typical SLP caseload duties such as evaluations, IEP development, and therapy provision
