Job Responsibilities

Coordinating and tracking orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Managing shipping and transportation schedules.

Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and clients to resolve delivery and logistics issues.

Maintaining accurate documentation, such as invoices, shipping manifests, and purchase orders.

Using logistics software systems to manage shipments and inventory tracking.

Preparing reports on inventory levels, transportation costs, and other performance metrics.

Assisting with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and responding to email inquiries.

Collaborating with different departments to streamline processes and mitigate supply chain issues.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in logistics, freight coordination, or business planning.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online/Desktop for managing financial and invoice details.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and working with formula-driven tabs.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently, take direction effectively, and think critically.

Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.

Excellent communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders.

High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
