Operations Manager
Location: London – hybrid in office 2 days per week

We are currently looking for an operations manager to support our team of consultants across the business . As a natural communicator and problem solver, you will have experience working in a consultancy environment and support us with resourcing, staffing, vendor/contract management, culture, wellbeing and training initiatives, and general project management . You will collaborate with other operations personnel across the Inizio Evoke network, and report directly to Incisive Health's leadership team.
Job responsibilities include:
General organisational Development
Support leadership team with change and project management
Support operational committees in the updating and roll out of business policies
Oversight of on/offboarding of team members in collaboration with team assistant, HR and IT
Support workstreams on Learning & Development, Marketing and Culture and Wellbeing to coordinate trainings and events
Resource management
Work with leadership team and finance to support resource decision making
Generating and analysing staff utilisation reports
Support change management to new finance and resource systems
Liaison with contingent workers - developing contracts and invoice management
Team support
Reporting on lobbying activities to Public Affairs Board & Scotting of Lobbying Register
Trouble shooting IT issues
Who you are;
As well as experience working in a consultancy environment, essential requirements include:
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel
Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, and IT ticketing systems (desirable)
Quick to learn new systems/software with relative ease
Comfortable with in-office and virtual meeting tech
First Aid and/or Fire Warden qualified (or willing to train)
Experience in onboarding and people-focused practices
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to work strategically and collaboratively at all levels
Experience with consulting business practices, resource management
Finance administration e.g. raising POs, invoicing
