The role of Serial Buyer will be based in our Niemce Plant in Poland and it will report into a Country Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage the RFQ process for production components, including analysis and negotiations.

Escalate supply continuity issues and support resolution of shortages with suppliers.

Handle pricing and scheduling changes in line with internal procedures.

Analyze supplier production capacities and manage project-related changes.

Drive optimization initiatives such as resourcing and benchmarking.

Support supplier nomination and manage excess materials.

Identify and promote cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with plants and suppliers.

Assist in resolving critical supplier issues (e.g. force majeure, tool damage, insolvency).

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.

3–5 years of experience in purchasing (automotive industry preferred).

Strong negotiation and teamwork skills.

Fluent in English; basic knowledge of SAP.

Proficient in MS Office.

Category B driving license.
