Electrical and Controls Service Engineering

EFI is looking for Electrical and Control Engineering for our fast-growing business unit from Spain, Almazora. The goal of the role is to support the Electrical and Control parts of our printers on the field.

In this role you will report issues, support to our Field Service Engineer on field, do service and manual procedures in building materials and/or corrugated market. The role will offer you the opportunity to be part of service engineering team which works with a multidisciplinary approach around Mechanical, Electrical areas, Software and Applications. You will have the chance to work part of a big multinational company who revolutionize the printing world with a culture around constant innovation and best quality and products for customers.

Main duties And responsibilities:

Serve as highest level technical support for the product(s)

Work with Sustaining Engineering to generate product modifications for commercialized products

Create and implement solutions for field and customer service issues

Work with training developers to create content for new product training

Experience managing technical documentation

Update product content on service website

Review product documentation for technical accuracy

Electrical & Controls Engineering

Job requirements:

Electrical, electronic & control Engineer

High English level (conversation and writing skills): in order to collaborate in international projects.

Electrical background (3-5 years).
