Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician

Possibly open to part-time or reduced schedule

Primary Care for adult patients only

Fulltime; M-F 8a-5p structured as a 4.5 work week

Minimal call - phone call only

Approx. 16-24 ppd

No weekends or holidays
