Aero Methow Rescue Service is a private, non-profit ambulance service located in the Methow Valley of Washington State. Please refer to our website at to learn more about our service, the staff, volunteers and the community we serve.

This position is for a full time paramedic, with possible administrative duties, if desired. The candidate must be a Washington State Certified Paramedic by the time of hire. We encourage employees to live within our service area. This provides for the opportunity to go home each night and respond from your residence while on call, and to be engaged in Aero Methow Rescue Service activities such as weekly staff meetings or helping with projects and special events.

This position will appeal to the Paramedic who would like the opportunity to provide prolonged prehospital care for our patients in a relatively remote, dynamic environment, and closely-knit community (see the map of our response area on our website under, “About Us” “Response Area”).

All training required for re-certification (BLS & ALS OTEP, ACLS, PALS). This training is provided in- house and typically no travel is required.

Fitness Program – 1 hour per work day is allowed for fitness training in our onsite workout room.
