**Position:** Automotive Service & Customer Impact Intern

**Duration:** 12-16 weeks **Eligibility:** High school seniors and college students

## **Three Ways to Participate**

**All interns begin on the volunteer track for 30-45 days to confirm mission alignment. This foundation period develops workforce readiness skills while connecting interns with purpose-driven planning focused on a cause that has personal meaning.**

### **1. Volunteer Track (5-10 hours/week)**

**Foundation Period:** Develop workforce readiness skills, confirm mission alignment, and discover how your personal cause connects to automotive service excellence.

**Continued Option:** Flexible schedule building professional portfolio for future opportunities.

### **2. Academic Credit Track (10-15 hours/week)**

**After foundation completion:** Earn university credit while developing automotive service skills with structured learning outcomes and formal academic documentation.

### **3. Stipend Track (15-20 hours/week)**

**After demonstrating mission alignment:** Receive $16-20/hour while gaining intensive experience with priority consideration for full-time employment.

- Participate in customer satisfaction measurement initiatives

- Support training of newer team members
