What you will be doing:

Help Diagnose and Repair Roofs

Perform Roofing Repairs: Inspect and repair minor issues including leaks, torn shingles, and small patches.

Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures (OSHA, company guidelines) and use personal protective equipment properly.

Maintain Worksite Cleanliness: Keep the job area free of debris, ensuring tools and materials are stored safely.

Document and communicate with team and customersWhat you will bring:

Experience in roofing including all penetrations, flashing, etc. (We will teach our methods)
