Job Description

We’re hiring two self-motivated sales reps in the Dallas area who want to take charge of their income and grow with a company that’s making waves. This is a commission-only role, offering 25% of profit on every sale you make.

As we expand across Texas, one of these reps will be promoted to Lead Sales Rep – Texas, earning:

5% override on team sales

Ongoing leadership and team-building opportunities

The chance to offer new reps 20% commissions under your mentorship

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outreach, networking, and in-person visits

Educate retailers and distributors on product offerings

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Track sales performance and meet self-set goals

Help build our Texas market from the ground up

Requirements

Proven sales experience (Required)

Knowledge of hemp-derived products (Required)

Reliable transportation (Required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in food, edibles, or CPG industry is a plus

Comfortable with commission-based pay structure
