We are looking to hire 2 skilled and highly motivated Spray Foam Installers. You will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to the work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.

Our company specializes in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fiber optics, commercial construction, spray foam insulation and construction equipment rental.Position SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities

Insulation installation with a primary focus on blown-in and spray applied foam insulation

Equipment operation and maintenance

Construction job site preparation and clean-up

Loading and logging of materials

Erection of ladders and scaffolds

Regularly performs work at varied heights - using ladders & scaffolding

Inspection of netting/poly for areas that may need blocking, and preparation of machine by checking oil, belts, and obstructions

Operation of equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 poundMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Spray foam installation experience strongly preferred

Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Ability to safely operate power tools

Comfortability with heights & maintaining balance with equipment

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all timesRequired

Clean MVR

Clean Criminal Background

Class A CDL preferred or the ability to obtain within 60 daysFLSA & Employment Status

Fulltime/Hourly - $23.00, plus PTO and Insurance
