As Superintendent, you will lead the execution of commercial construction projects ranging from $10 million to $20 million.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification, coordinating daily site operations with owners, architects, sub-trades, and suppliers.

Your role will be critical in maintaining project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor or Developer-Builder in the local market.

A proven track record of managing commercial or institutional new builds is essential.

Experience with Tilt-Up construction is a strong asset.

A background in carpentry or formal education in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
