We have an exciting opportunity available for a Data capture administration clerk.
Duties:
Entry of invoices as received, and working to identify any irregularities proficiently
Investigating and escalating invoice claims and discrepancies
Assisting Finance team with reconciliations
Follow through on invoice related queries with internal and external stakeholders
Provide payment reports/summaries as requested
Maintaining effective working relationships with key suppliers, and subcontractors
Other duties as appropriate for the role
Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of the MS Office Suite, with a strong background in Excel and Outlook
Solid data entry and administration background
High levels of initiative, organisational and time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a professional phone manner
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
The ability to address/solve problems quickly and efficiently
