** 9 month fixed-term contract role**

Reports to the Compensation Specialist

Reporting to the Compensation Specialist, this role will be responsible for providing expert analysis and administration across the full spectrum of reward and benefits activities as part of the Reward & Performance team ensuring our package remains competitive to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

What you'll be doing

Support annual pay & incentive review processes through data analysis and modelling

Conduct internal and external benchmarking for salary, incentives, and benefits

Perform job evaluations & manage of the Aztec job catalogue

Administer external survey submissions and incentive plans

Work on reward projects with key business/HR stakeholders and third-party providers

Assist in policy creation and reporting for EU Pay Transparency & Gender Pay Gap

Maintain up-to-date reward and benefits communication material

Manage the centralised Reward mailbox, escalating queries as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in reward analysis and data handling

Proficiency in Excel, MS Products and data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)

Exposure to survey providers (e.g., WTW, Maclagan)

Understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and digital tools (MS Forms, Docusign)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn

Takes ownership and acts with integrity

Collaborative and team-oriented
