Our services include production oversight, staffing/human resources and accounting support. We currently partner with sites in Minnesota and South Dakota, supporting a growing team of 40+ employees.
The Opportunity
Were looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, people-focused Admin Assistant to help us grow and support our team. In this role, youll work closely with both the Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager, with a strong focus on our TN visa program and new hire journey. From extending job offers and onboarding, to helping employees get settled in housing, youll be a vital part of creating a positive experience for every new team member.
What Youll Do
Manage key hiring process steps, including:
Prepare job offers
Gather required documents and coordinate TN visa applications
Communicate with candidates throughout the process
Track petition approvals and renewal dates
Arrange travel logistics (flight, hotel, housing)
Support TN visa employees with post-arrival needs such as SSN and drivers license appointments
Support onboarding both in our St. Peter office and at farms
Manage employee housing, including leases and billing
Provide administrative support to both HR and Operations
