- Build systematic problem-solving approaches for complex service challenges

**Weeks 5-8: Hands-On Service Learning**

- Shadow customer service representatives and skilled technicians

- Practice translating technical information into clear, understandable language

- Learn diagnostic procedures and quality control processes

- Experience trust-building strategies that create long-term customer loyalty

**Weeks 9-12: Leadership Development**

- Participate in customer follow-up and satisfaction measurement initiatives

- Support training of newer team members and fellow interns
