Job Description
Administers nursing care within scope of practice under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Performs procedures such as applying sterile dressings, inserting catheters, and administering medications including injections.
Maintains medication records and observes, documents, and reports patient conditions.
Assists with patient grooming, hygiene, vital signs, and daily living activities.
Provides work direction and training to lower-level staff and participates in team meetings.
Orders medication and medical supplies; maintains cleanliness of nurse stations and performs clerical tasks. Critical Information
Shift: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM, second shift
Work schedule: 5 days a week with every third weekend requiring work
Job Duration: 52 weeks
Environment: Healthcare facility environment Education/Licenses Needed
Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
CPR certification
Ohio ODRC packet or equivalent licensure documentation Benefits:
