Position Summary

We’re seeking highly organized and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Clerks to join our growing remote operations team. You will be responsible for accurately processing and maintaining large amounts of information in digital systems to ensure timely and error-free data handling across multiple projects and departments.

This is an ideal role for individuals who thrive in independent work environments, have a keen eye for detail, and are interested in a long-term remote opportunity with room to grow.

Accurately enter large volumes of information into proprietary databases and systems.

Organize, categorize, and validate information from multiple sources (digital forms, spreadsheets, scanned documents, etc.).

Conduct routine audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Follow detailed instructions, workflows, and formatting standards.

Flag inconsistencies or errors and communicate them to project supervisors.

Assist with data clean-up projects, file organization, and records management.

Meet or exceed weekly productivity and accuracy quotas.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data.

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.

Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and web-based platforms.

Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Ability to stay focused and productive in a home environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Legally eligible to work in the U.S.A

Prior remote work experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $35.00/hr based on experience, role, and performance.
