Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Management:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effective talent acquisition.

2. Employee Relations:

- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

- Handle employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

3. Benefits and Compensation:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.

4. Training and Development:

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop training plans.

5. HR Administration:

- Manage employee data, records, and HR systems.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee paperwork.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist or specialist capacity.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
