The Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner will play a key role in aligning the Human Resources strategy to Entegris business goals.
This role will work closely with business leads and internal stakeholders for implementing and executing people strategy for Entegris manufacturing facility in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (KSP). This world class facility will produce advanced materials, components and systems required by worldwide leaders in the semiconductor industry.
This role will be based on Entegris Kaohsiung manufacturing site in Luzhu Science Park.
In this role you will:
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team in managing and executing hiring process for fulfilling Operations manpower requirements for KSP;
Ensures proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately;
Works closely with the operations and business leaders in KSP to understand and address human resources opportunities and support local organizational capabilities and development with HR interventions;
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees in order to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks;
Resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action in KSP;
Acts as the key interface and advocator in KSP in building strong working relationships and employee morale in all level of organization;
Understands business and talent workforce to provide quality HR services and valuable consultation to the managers and employees in KSP, which are in line with the company’s desired goals in Taiwan;
Partners with HR Centers of Expertise (COE) in company-wise HR program execution and support field HR initiatives in KSP such as employee communication, employee relationships events, and local regulation communication;
Shows a high degree of care to Entegris employees and be able to take adequate actions based on feedback collected in KSP;
Plans and implement other HR-related projects and ad-hoc tasks;
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
8+ years’ experiences as HR Business Partner or full-functional HR. The work experiences as a plant HR in factory/manufacturing site is a must;
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business or related field;
Experiences and knowledge in Employee Relationships management in manufacturing site, such as government regulation compliance, labor related issue handling and welfare program promotion etc.
Solid understanding of Taiwan government mandated labor regulations;
Strong organizational and planning skills;
Good flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality;
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization;
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues;
Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office;
Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
