Accounts Receivable / Construction Billing Clerk - $26.00 / Hour

Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Worthington, OH

Job Description:

This position will be working for a top tier construction company in Worthington, OH. The job will is an accounts receivable position dealing with construction billing, Notice of Commencement, and Notice of Furnishing filings.

Job Requirements:

Full understanding of construction billing

Familiarity with AIA (American Institute of Architects) contract documents is a plus

Familiarity with Notice of Commencement documents is a plus

Familiarity with Notice of Furnishing documents is a plus

Responsible for all construction billing and all the tasks associated with the construction department receivables.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in construction specific accounts receivable and billing a plus

Experience with SamPro accounting systems is a plus
