Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant

? Approximately 15 hours per week
We are a small, close-knit office looking for a reliable and personable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced with QuickBooks and familiar with general bookkeeping and office tasks. You’ll be handling key accounting functions while also supporting day-to-day office operations.Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Handle General Ledger (GL) entries
Enter and process invoices and purchase orders (POs)
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Take and process payments
Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks
Learn and use our Point of Sale (POS) system (easy to learn and integrates with QuickBooks)Requirements:
Proven experience with QuickBooks
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and GL
Comfortable learning and using a POS system
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Friendly, personable, and a great communicator
Prior experience in a small office environment is a plusHours & Pay:
Approximately 15 hours per week
Flexible scheduling available within regular business hours
$20–$22/hour, based on experience
