Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 17:00

Salary: £27,197 per annum (£13.90 per hour)

We are seeking a confident and committed Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious site in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and team leadership to take the next step in their hospitality career.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience to our clients and guests. Your key duties will include:

Supervising hospitality staff and ensuring high service standards

Managing hospitality bookings and liaising with the client

Coordinating the booking system via the client portal

Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service delivery
