Job Description:

The IT Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing asset logistics, inventory, onboarding, and offboarding processes within the organization.

What you'll do:

Oversee asset management processes, including procurement, distribution, and tracking of IT equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure availability of equipment for onboarding new hires.

Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up workstations and providing necessary IT equipment to new employees.

Manage offboarding procedures, including the retrieval and reclamation of IT assets from departing employees.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address IT logistics needs and support organizational initiatives.

Assist in additional responsibilities and special projects as required by the IT department.

Other duties or special projects as assigned. Who you are:

High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with IT equipment and technologies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work on-site five days a week, Monday through Friday. Preferred Qualifications:
