Position Summary
The Millwright will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems within our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and proactively identify potential issues.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to comprehend technical specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machinery performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety standards.
Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
Essential Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a millwright apprenticeship program is preferred.
Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role within an industrial setting.
Millwright Certification
Comprehensive knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in an industrial environment.
Rigging, MEWP and Telehandler Certification required. Company Description
