All while understanding that together we are even better.\n \n\n \n Schedule: Full Time\n \n\n \n Shift: Days\n \n\n \n Location: 5101 WILLOW SPRINGS RD, La Grange, 60525\n \n\n \n The role you'll contribute:\n \n\n \n Directs services, workflow and/or resources for clinical program(s).\n \n\n \n The value you'll bring to the team:\n \n\n \n\n\nCollaborates with healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize clinical operations.\n \nDevelops and implements clinical program services and initiatives to improve patient care.\n \nAssigns tasks, prioritizes, and coordinates work to maintain efficient workflow.\n \nManages staffing, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure adequate resources.\n \nMonitors and evaluates program performance to identify areas for improvement.\n \nManages quality assurance and improvement initiatives for the department.\n \nProvides training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.\n \nAddresses and resolves issues related to patient care and clinical operations.\n \nOther duties as assigned.\n \nFacilitates communication and collaboration among team members to enhance patient care.\n \nDevelops and maintains staffing patterns to ensure continuous clinical operations.\n \nEnsures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.\n \nOversees budget management, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial efficiency.\n \n\n \n\n\n Qualifications\n \n The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:\n \n\n \n\n\nBachelors of Nursing Required\n \nMaster's Preferred\n \nFive or more years Work Experience Required\n \nRegistered Nurse (RN) credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date Required\n \n Prior OR, ASC experience and leadership is Required.\n \n\n \n\n\n This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
