Job Summary:
The CRM Administrator at Ramco Innovations is responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the Zoho One platform, with a focus on CRM and Analytics to align with the company’s business objectives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our CRM processes are efficient, accurate, and tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. The administrator will handle data management, workflow automation, data cleanup, and collaborate closely with the Marketing Specialist and Sales teams to support lead generation and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Customization: Maintain, customize, and optimize the Zoho CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the organization, including configuring modules, permissions, workflows, and automation.
Data Management: Monitor the data flow from the ERP to the CRM. Coordinate data cleanup efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
Reporting & Dashboard: Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the sales, marketing, and administrative teams.
User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to CRM users, ensuring they understand the system's capabilities and how to use it effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Specialist and sales teams to ensure the CRM supports lead generation, customer retention, and sales strategies.
Workflow Automation: Develop and implement workflow automation to streamline sales and marketing processes within the CRM.
Integration & API Management: Assist with integrating Zoho CRM with other software applications, leveraging APIs where applicable.
Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Zoho Analytics for data analysis, reporting, and visualization, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Zoho Application Evaluation: Work with other departments to determine which Zoho apps should be utilized to improve existing processes
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with API integrations is a plus.
CRM Expertise: Strong understanding of CRM best practices, customization, and data management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, create reports, and offer insights that drive business objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
