Assistant Project Manager

Position: Deputy Project Manager (DPM)

Qualification: - BE/ B tech/ M tech in Civil. MBA- Project/Construction/Finance will be preferred.

Experience: - 9-12 years in Irrigation/ Water Supply projects is MUST.

Job Description: -

He should have executed single project of volume more than 500 crores.

He should have ability to command entire project and should have thorough knowledge of Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, Claims.

He should be able to resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, Local Bodies Permissions.

Should have knowledge of Construction Methods, Materials and Legal Regulations.

Should have excellent communication and negotiations skill.

He should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

He should be able to prepare details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation and cost estimates.

He should monitor and control the progress of projects by making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

He should be able to create collaborative and high-performance working environment.

He should be able to prepare budget, manage the project according to budget, controlling the costs and achieving targeted margins

He should be able to prepare and assess approvals of project expenditure considering its financial implications on the project cost.

He should be able to understand and execute quality control measures, safety rules and regulations.

He should be able to negotiate with contractors, suppliers and other vendors.

He should be able to plan the resources, manpower and other materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.

He should understand Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, Strategic Decisions etc.
