Experience: 7 to 10 years in execution of Water supply/Irrigation Projects

Qualification: BE /B.Tech /ME Civil

Job Description

Manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Prepare details of project plans considering timelines, resource allocation and cost estimates.

Plan the resources, manpower and other materials to achieve budgeted/planned performance.

Prepare budget, manage the project according to budget, controlling the costs and achieving targeted margins

Monitor and control the progress of projects by making necessary adjustments to meet objective

Resolve issues such as Forest Permissions, Highway Permissions, and Local Bodies Permissions.

Execute quality control measures, safety rules and regulations.

Create collaborative and high performance working environment.

Understand Accounting Principles, Financial Aspects, Risk Management, and Strategic Decisions etc.

Should have knowledge of Tender Clauses, Billings, Department Correspondence, Claims.

Should have knowledge of Construction Methods, Materials and Legal Regulations.

Should have excellent communication and negotiations skill.
