About the role
As a Training Officer – Biomass, you will support the delivery of impactful training programs that empower our Biomass Sales Agents and Field Teams to perform with excellence. You will facilitate engaging sessions, coordinate training activities, and ensure knowledge transfer that drives sales performance, customer satisfaction, and environmental impact awareness across our Biomass markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver structured training sessions for new and existing sales personnel, using adult learning principles to maximise retention and practical application.
Facilitate Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for Team Leaders (TLs), Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to build internal training capacity.
Adapt training delivery methods to suit diverse audiences, ensuring inclusivity and effectiveness.
Team Coordination & Administration
Collate, analyse, and execute day-to-day training needs in the sales and field operations teams in alignment with the Training Lead’s directives.
Coordinate logistics for all training activities, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication.
Liaise with external trainers when necessary to support specialised learning interventions.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Systematically collect and analyse feedback from trainees and trainers to identify improvement areas in content, methodology, and delivery.
Monitor post-training performance and knowledge retention, proposing remedial actions where required.
Track and report training attendance, completion rates, and learning outcomes as per set KPIs.
Content Familiarity & Learning Resource Management
Stay up-to-date with Burn Manufacturing’s Biomass training curriculum and content to ensure accurate and effective delivery.
Support in localising training materials to enhance cultural and market relevance in conjunction with the Training Lead.

Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in training facilitation, learning delivery, or sales enablement, preferably within clean energy, FMCG, or related sectors.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Good command of adult learning principles and ability to apply them practically.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple training sessions within tight timelines.
Knowledge of clean energy products, biomass stoves, or carbon markets.
Familiarity with digital learning tools and simple LMS platforms.
Passion for climate change education and environmental sustainability.
