General Information

This is semi-skilled and skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical equipment used in sewage/wastewater lift stations.

CITY OF CHICKASAW $23,568 - $36,552

MOBILE AREA WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM $44,658 - $71,394

PRICHARD WATER WORKS AND SEWER BOARD $39,471 - $63,101

SARALAND WATER AND SEWER BOARD $46,919 - $75,008

UTILITIES BOARD CITY OF CHICKASAW $28,399 - $45,400

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduation from a standard senior high school, or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of one year experience in mechanical maintenance and repair work; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence. May be required to obtain an Alabama Grade IC Wastewater Certification.
