Essential Duties:
• Develop and implement consistent assembly and operations strategy across all Assembly and Technology locations.
• Provide strategic oversight for production planning, logistics optimization, and quality control to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Lead assembly footprint optimization, including capacity planning and facility upgrades or expansions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align operations with demand forecasts, customer expectations, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the finance team to assess investment needs, evaluate capital expenditures, and track ROI on operational initiatives.
• Represent the Assembly and Technology segment in executive leadership meetings, sharing performance updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Drive cross-site collaboration to share capacity, knowledge, and best practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency through process streamlining, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of equipment and facilities to meet current and future needs.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement corrective actions based on quality metrics to improve product outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality control operations, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing, advanced supply chain management, engineering principles, and quality control standards.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving operational excellence.
• Experience managing multi-departmental teams and ensuring collaboration across functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, production planning software, and quality management tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
ADA Requirements:
• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally.
• Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
• Travel by air or car frequently
