Role Overview:
ACE Money Transfer is seeking an experienced, data-driven, and strategic Head of Growth to lead its global expansion across key remittance corridors, including Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the entire growth funnel – from awareness and acquisition to activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in digital product scaling, a deep understanding of diaspora markets, and a proven ability to drive measurable growth across markets through data, experimentation, and collaboration.
As the voice of growth at the executive level, the Head of Growth will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to unlock growth levers and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute ACE’s global growth roadmap, aligned with business objectives, revenue goals, and customer KPIs.
Build and lead a cross-functional growth team (acquisition, CRM/retention, analytics, and partnerships).
Promote a culture of rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous iteration.
Act as the growth lead at the executive level, advising the CEO and collaborating across departments.Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
Own and optimize the entire growth funnel, from first touch to repeat transaction.
Scale paid and organic acquisition strategies across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, ASO, diaspora communities, affiliates, influencers).
Develop localized campaigns tailored to key diaspora corridors (e.g., UK–South Asia, Europe–Africa, UAE–South Asia, USA–Africa).
Build and manage strategic partnerships with diaspora associations, media partners, influencers, fintech ecosystems, and community groups.
Explore and support new market entry with go-to-market strategies and localized playbooks.Retention, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Design and execute personalized customer journeys including onboarding, rate alerts, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Reduce churn and increase transaction frequency through targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app.
Launch and scale referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and customer advocacy strategies.
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities such as wallet adoption or new services.Product-Led Growth & User Experience
Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to embed customer feedback into feature development and product enhancements.
Lead product-led growth (PLG) initiatives to boost user activation, retention, and virality.
Ensure a seamless user experience across platforms and use data to prioritize UX improvements.5. Data, Experimentation & Automation
Build and manage growth dashboards and KPIs (CAC, CLV, Retention, Churn, MAUs, NPS).
Establish A/B testing frameworks and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts.
Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Adjust, SEMrush, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Power BI).
Use AI/ML and automation to predict churn, personalize experiences, and optimize targeting at scale.
Deliver actionable insights and performance updates to leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) – optimized across global markets.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) – increased through retention and upsell.
Monthly Active Users (MAUs) & Transaction Growth.
30- and 90-day retention rates / Churn Reduction.
Funnel conversion rates (Sign-up First transfer Repeat).
ROI on marketing and growth investments.
Qualifications & Experience
10–15 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, product-led growth, or analytics, preferably in fintech, payments, or consumer tech.
Proven success in scaling digital B2C products across global markets, especially in diaspora-focused or remittance domains.
Strong knowledge of paid and organic acquisition, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and growth analytics.
Hands-on experience with:
Adjust (attribution & tracking)
SEMrush (SEO & competitive insights)
Mixpanel / Amplitude (user behaviour analytics)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Power BI (data visualization)
Strong commercial acumen to balance CAC vs. CLV at scale.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
