Job Title: Executive Assistant to the President
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Employment Type: Full-time, Salary Exempt
Reports To: President
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 DOE
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of our growing construction firm. This role requires exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, capable of anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and streamlining communication and operations to maximize the President’s effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
Attend and take detailed minutes at key meetings; follow up on action items as needed.
Assist with project coordination, errands, status tracking, and communication across departments.
Organize and prioritize incoming information, emails, and requests for the President’s time and attention.
Coordinate meetings and company gatherings, including logistics and documentation.
Conduct research and compile data for decision-making or strategic planning.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Manage the President’s transportation
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, handling mail, running errands, and managing files.
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the construction, real estate, or engineering industry.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, ADP Payroll, or similar) is a plus.
Exceptional flexibility, organization, and time-management skills; ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
