The Role – Day-to-Day Duties

Coordinate and support daily transport operations

Allocate and despatch drivers in line with delivery schedules

Debrief drivers post-run and ensure accurate completion of paperwork

Record and action vehicle defects through compliance systems

Monitor and report on KPIs, supporting operational improvements

Ensure all operational processes, safety, and compliance standards are met

Work closely with management and external partners to deliver service excellence

Contribute to a positive team culture and maintain high levels of staff engagement

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment

Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive approach to problem-solving and performance improvement

Confident using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and other relevant tools
