Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions. Work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies. Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner. Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field

1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software

6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database

Requires up to 50% travel.

Must be fluent in English at a business level

Must be based in Santiago Metropolitan Area
