Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Home Health Experience Highly Preferred)

Active CT LPN license

Current BLS certification

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation

Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

COVID-19 vaccination
