What You’ll Do
Support administration of Salesforce including fields, layouts, reports, dashboards, users, profiles, approval processes and security.
Develop and implement flows, reports, dashboards, and objects within Salesforce.
Identify improvement opportunities to optimize system processes.
Work with subject matter experts to design and implement Salesforce functions and processes.
Respond to maintenance and user support requests, troubleshoot system issues and resolve them in a timely fashion to minimize the impact on users.
Create and maintain training documentation and perform user training.
Training for new Salesforce users including process requirements.
Help promote best practices in Salesforce usage.
Help implement and roll out add-ons and integrations.
Make users aware of new features.
Document salesforce processes and procedures.
Configuration and implementation of custom objects
Support Salesforce customization/configuration efforts to meet business needs.
Handling user requests and issues daily, provide support, suggest workarounds to end users to carry out their business workflows.
Support SFDC onboarding/offboarding processes
Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor for all internal users, calling out issues as needed
Experience with Force.com tools such as Data Loader and Visual Workflows.
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and implement them across tools
Promote best practices
And any other duties as assigned.
Experience You’ll Bring:
Minimum three years of hands-on proven business administration experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A solid understanding of sales & order processes and commission systems would be an asset.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
High attention to details
Strong troubleshooting skills
High self-awareness and self-management soft skills
A customer focused individual
Team player with a creative, energetic, positive attitude
Nice to have:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
