The Role
We are seeking a Technical Specialist with deep expertise in solution implementation. This is for someone who has a solid background in taking a project from concept to completion. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical projects, ensuring that digital solutions are deployed successfully and meet all business requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of digital platforms to meet client business needs.
Run discovery sessions and workshops to define current and future states of client workflows.
Plan and design customer onboarding solutions, including API integrations, reporting programs, and custom scripting.
Design and execute complex data migrations from legacy systems.
Create and supplement complex workflows using developer tools and low-code tools like Zapier, Make.com, Workato, etc.
Conduct quality assurance and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients on custom solutions.
Act as a project manager for small to medium projects, building, owning, and executing implementation project plans.
Participate in webinars, consultations, and demos to educate customers on product features.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of digital solutions, not just their usage.
4-5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS role such as Technical Customer Success, Implementation Manager, or Technical Consulting, with a specific focus on onboarding and implementation.
At least 2 years of experience implementing new technology for medium and large organizations.
Strong project management skills to keep projects on track.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
Superb written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-facing presence.
Willingness to work Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours, which will require a start time of approximately 4:30 AM Sri Lanka time.
