Location: Bexhill

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Contract: Term Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Pastoral Manager to join our supportive team at a school in Bexhill. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, staff, and families to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group pastoral support for students

Monitor and manage student behaviour and attendance

Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and external agencies

Support the safeguarding and welfare of students in line with school policies

Build strong, trusting relationships with students, parents, and carers

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a pastoral manager or similar role (school-based or related setting)

Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills

A calm, non-judgmental and supportive approach

The ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism

Please note: No formal qualifications are required for this role, but relevant experience is essential.
