Acquisition Sales Manager

Job Description

Paragon Home Buyers is expanding and seeking an experienced Acquisition Representative to join our team. This is a commission-only position with exceptional earning potential - top performers make well over six figures annually.

Your Role:

Conduct sales calls and in-person meetings with motivated sellers across DFW.

Work directly with warm & hot PPC leads from multiple marketing channels.

Build rapport, uncover seller needs, and structure win–win solutions.

Negotiate and close deals that directly impact company growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of acquisition wholesaling experience (required).

Proven sales and negotiation skills.

Based in DFW with availability for in-person meetings.

Texas real estate license preferred (not required).
