Apartment Maintenace Technician

Job Description

Maintenance Technician responsibilities:

Geneal maintenance skills

Complete work orders in a timely manner

Organization when filling out work orders and service logs

Turning apartment units

Communication and coordination with vendors

Fixing any and all issues occurring in an apartment

Maintaining grounds

Snow removal

24/hr maintenance emergency phone

Communication with regional managers

Communication with vendors and contractors

Rehabbing and turning units in a timely manner

9AM-5PM Work hours Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or other related fields

Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases

Ability to build rapport with tenants

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
