Research Associate in Data Analytics and Mental Health (60-100%) University of Applied Psychology FHNW, Institute for Mental and Organizational Health Teaching, research and practice - we combine Your tasks: As part of a dedicated and collaborative team, you will work in an innovative environment.

Your tasks will be interesting and varied: Independent preparation and analysis in data-intensive projects (e.g.

on the mutual influences of work and health) Conception and methodological support of data collection and analysis (e.g.

literature research, design of questionnaires and research designs) Development and application of analysis methods to identify exposed risk groups in organizations Contribute to the development of early warning systems for the early detection of health-relevant developments.

Editorial tasks (preparing reports and presentations on study results, contributing to publications) Advise and support team members on statistical and methodological issues in ongoing and planned projects Participation in training and further education, e.g.

knowledge transfer on R, analysis methods Your profile: As an innovative and team-oriented individual, you hold a master's degree (university, ETH, FH), ideally in psychology.

You also bring the following: Very good knowledge of statistics Very good R skills (tidyverse, writing functions, working with Git); R Markdown/Quarto and HTML skills are an advantage Strong conceptual and methodical-systematic thinking Willingness to familiarize yourself with current methodological approaches and statistical procedures on your own initiative Interest in health in the workplace Your perspectives: The uniqueness of the FHNW is reflected in its combination of teaching and application-oriented research, as well as its collaboration with practitioners.
