To strengthen our analytics team, we are looking for you as a Technical Team Lead (TTL). In this role, you will assume technical leadership for the further development of the data and analytics platform and thus actively shape the future of digital healthcare solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION Technical Responsibility & Platform Leadership Development and implementation of scalable data platforms and analytics products (e.g.
with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, dbt). Ensuring robust ETL/ELT processes, data models, and data quality.
Designing meaningful BI solutions and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Introduction of best practices in testing, deployment and monitoring.
Team leadership & collaboration Technical management of a distributed SCRUM team (onshore & offshore). Mentoring data engineers and close collaboration with product owners, DevOps, architecture and security.
Review of architectures and design decisions in the area of data and analytics.
Offshore-Koordination Daily management and technical support of the offshore team in Vietnam.
Ensuring consistent standards, smooth processes, and high-quality deliverables.
Quality & Governance Responsibility for data quality, performance and scalability of the platform.
Implementation of data governance & security measures as well as management of a central data catalog.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer, data platform engineer or in a similar role.
Successful management of analytics or data projects from idea to implementation.
Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Cloud Data Platforms (e.g.
Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery). Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and transformation tools (dbt). Completed studies in data science, computer science or a related field.
Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage.
Plus points Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
Knowledge of Docker, MLOps, Data Vault, Data Privacy.
Experience in working with international teams.
