We offer you a position in the Integrated Risk Expertise division as Experienced Data Scientist Financial Market Supervision (m/f/d) 80-100% Bern or Zurich They support the supervision of the Swiss financial market by processing, analyzing, and visualizing data and further developing existing methods, particularly through the application of innovative methods and technologies.

Main tasks Data analysis, processing and reporting Collaboration in the Data Innovation Lab, applying machine learning methods such as natural language processing Further development of the tools for data analysis and reporting Methodological development of supervised rating systems Provision of data as well as the use and development of processing tools in coordination with the IT department Collecting and prioritizing data requirements from internal stakeholders Project work and support of specialist topics Profile Master's degree in data science, mathematics or a science with a tradition in the use of data Sound knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning methodologies, as well as databases, SQL and programming languages in the field of data analysis, e.g.

Python or R Several years of experience in processing and analyzing data as well as in preparing and reporting results Experience in the financial industry is an advantage High methodological competence and implementation strength, networked thinking as well as reliable, systematic and independent working methods Strong initiative and creativity as well as enjoyment of working in a team Fluent written and oral expression in German or French (C2) and very good knowledge of the other language as well as English (B2).
