Main Purpose:

The Lubricants Manager Role Key Responsibilities include:

- All Lubricants sales activities including new business acquisition, growth through upselling to current B2B customer base and maintaining and developing existing business relationships.

- Integrating the Lubricants offer into key commercial relationships alongside Fuels and Lubricants counterparts.

- Collaborating with technical support to develop safe and sustainable transition plans for existing Lubricants consumers plus develop onboarding new Lubricants B2B opportunities

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Comply with company requirements and systems relating to SAPS, HSEC & Quality and other company policies.

Manage sales and pipeline for Lubricants division. Conduct sales calls autonomously or with commercial representatives to sell Puma Lubricants products across PNG. Manage Distributor relationships and direct to customer sales.

Provide technical support and training to customers and wider commercial team

Monitor projected sales volume, monthly results analysis, and the elaboration of sales and invoicing reports Elaboration of credits notes related to Price adjustments, or invoice annulment;

Elaborate reports and statistics required.

Provide administrative support to new clients for the inventory control of Lubricants and technical advice for the sale of the company products.

Participate in negotiations with potential clients as well as preparing offers and transition plans.

Evaluate the price changes according to the budget, competition and the needs of the independent market in order to increase the sales

Maintain close and constant communication with the operation/logistic/customers service departments;

Plan and organize business trips and field visits, to achieve effective coverage of the assigned areas;

Work closely with Lubricants stock and admin team to ensure adequate stock and product mix

Work travel required quarterly at a minimum.

Requirements:

Experience:

Undergraduate University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in role directly related to Lubricants.

Knowledge of Lubricants products and technical applications essential.

Mining or industrial experience highly advantageous

Skills:

Fluent in English

Advanced Knowledge of MS Office.

Highly competent in technical Lubricants knowledge and applications

Ability to approach, relate to, and converse with diverse range of customers

Ability to provide detailed customer offer documents to secure new business.
