Join our brand-new tyre fitting team at Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd – the UK’s Best Vendor/Supplier, as recognised at the 2024 UK Fibre Awards! We're a rapidly growing company with big ambitions and we're now expanding into our own fleet management and public vehicle services.
As part of this growth, we’re setting up a dedicated tyre fitting service at our new Cheltenham-based unit. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Tyre Fitter to be part of something new, with excellent career development potential.
What We’re Looking For:
A passionate and dedicated trainee with a passion for vehicle management, to train to efficiently and safely fit, balance, and install wheel and tyre assemblies in line with company procedures and TIA safety standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction.
A level 2 in motor vehicles or mechanics is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Mount, demount, and balance tyres using appropriate equipment and TIA-approved procedures.
Inspect wheels, rims, and tyre assemblies for wear, damage, and compliance with manufacturer and safety specifications.
Inflate tyres to recommended pressures using calibrated tools, strictly following safety protocols and guidelines.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards in line with company procedures.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to support efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

Requirements:
Level 2 qualification, preferably in motor vehicles or mechanics.
Full UK driving licence required.
Good understanding and passion for vehicle management.
Physically fit, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
